Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /09/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.125/2017 registered in Police Station Janakpur, District Koriya for offence under Sections 294, 506, 302 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has committed murder of deceased Ajay on 10.12.2017. The applicant was arrested after about 1 year & 4 months i.e. on 27.3.2019. There is evidence of last seen together and the possible eyewitness.

3. Considering the quality of evidence, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the Application is rejected reserving liberty to revive the prayer after examination of material witnesses including eyewitness.
