Learned State counsel submits that when the case was listed on 22-11-2016, it was stated before the Court that an order has been passed on 18-10-2016 granting lease of land in favour of the applicant. It is submitted that now the said order has also been placed on record as Annexure R/1/5, by which, the applicant has been exempted from payment of premium, but only rentals have been demanded from the applicant vide memo dated 22-11-2016.

Considering the aforesaid development and document on record, it appears that now the respondents have acted in furtherance and compliance of the order passed earlier on 15-03-2011 in Writ Petition No.3113/2005. Therefore, at this stage, it would be appropriate to close the matter by discharging the rule against the respondents though with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders, which have been passed in the matter, by way of independent writ proceedings. 4.
