Albeit the earlier bail applications of the applicant were rejected on merits, yet the present bail application was admitted for the

Considering the entire facts situation of the case; particularly considering the fact that the co-accused Irshad Ali & Ravindra Mohite have already been released on bail by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.565 of 2020 by order dated 16-3-2020; further considering the length of pre-trial detention; as also the fact that the applicant is a lady, aged about 30 years, I am of the opinion that present is a fit case to release the applicant on regular bail.
