ORDER

(Passed on 09th September, 2017) 1.

Learned State counsel submits that the impugned transfer order dated 10.06.2016 (Annexure P-1) in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.

In view of this, it appears that the relief, as has been prayed by the petitioner, has already been satisfied.

The State Government shall be at liberty to pass a fresh order, if so they desire. 4.
