Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of communication dated 5.4.2017 (Annexure P-5) filed along with an application for taking document on record, wherein the petitioner and similar category of students have been permitted to again appear in the examination, this petition at this stage, may be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to revive in case grievance is not redressed.
