The defaults pointed out by the Registry in the instant case stand ignored.

With the consent of learned Counsels appearing for the respective parties, heard the matter finally on admission stage itself. 3.

Grievance of Petitioner seems to be the non-granting of the marks to Petitioner on her being a candidate who belongs to below poverty line category. According to Petitioner, if appropriate marks are provided she may be the most meritorious candidate for appointment. 4.

During the course of hearing, learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already raised an objection/representation before Respondent No.2-Collector but there is no development at the end of the Collector and appointment also has not been finalized till now.

Given the said facts, it is expected that Respondent-Collector shall take appropriate decision on the objection/representation that the Petitioner has moved and only after due verification of the objection/representation of Petitioner the appointment be finalized, if it has not been finalized till now.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge /sharad/
