This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier application M.Cr.C.(A.) No.641/2019 was dismissed as withdrawn on 24.06.2019 and liberty was granted to the applicant to surrender with direction to the Court to consider his application for grant of bail preferably on the same day.

The present application is also disposed off and it is directed that in case the applicant surrenders before the concerned court in the case of Crime No.362/2018 at Police Station- Simga, District- BalodabazarBhatapara, C.G. in connection with offence under Sections 406, 384, 34 of I.P.C. within a period of 15 days, then the trial Court shall consider his application for grant of regular bail preferably on the same date. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
