The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of WPS No. 916/2017, which got dismissed on peremptory order passed by this Court on 22.02.2017.

Counsel for the applicant submits that now the defaults have already been cured and if not the same can be cured immediately and prays for restoration of the writ petition.

The reasons assigned in the MCC, are found to be satisfactory, accordingly the MCC is allowed and WPS No. 916/2017 stands restored to its original number.
