2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.56/2021 registered at Police Station Pathalgaon, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 394, 395, 427 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Surendra Kujur lodged a report on 25.2.2021 at 10:00 AM that the present applicants along with co-accused stopped his truck, broke the glass of the truck and looted Rs.30,000/- from him.
4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that it is a case of road rage and during the course of quarrel, the complainant sustained injuries, which are simple in nature.
5. Learned counsel for the State would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
6. Considering the nature of allegations; the fact that the injuries were simple in nature; charge sheet has already been filed; and the applicants are in jail since 28.2.2021, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.
7. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
