Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 13/02/2017 Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that on 08/02/2017, a letter has been issued to the petitioner by the Divisional Manager, M.P. State Road Transport, Jabalpur informing payment of Rs.37,689/- to the petitioner under demand draft. Therefore, it is submitted that the order of the Court has been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no instructions. From the statement made before this Court by learned counsel for respondent No.1 and also copy of letter dated 08/02/2017 placed before this Court which shows that payment has been made to the petitioner, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
