1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relief of regular pay scale from his initial date of appointment. He further submits that identical nature of writ petition being WP(S) No.3148 of 2016 has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2016.

2. The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute by the State counsel.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in similar terms. The

-2petitioner is directed to make detail representation in respect of all his grievances before the respondent authorities within a period of three weeks from today and in turn, the concerned respondent is directed to decide the representation, if any, in accordance with law, on its own merits, within a further period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of representation, subject to verification of the facts.
