Agrawal Order On Board 15/05/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Chief Executive Officer has directed the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) to initiate departmental proceedings against the petitioner whereas the issue in question has already been decided in favour of the petitioner. (2) In view of above, the petitioner is at liberty to file copy of proceedings before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) and, in turn, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) shall
consider and decide the same in accordance with law before proceeding further with the matter.
