1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation, which was ordered for by this Court on 21.09.2020 has already been decided. In view of this, the petitioner may be given liberty to challenge such order in appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum.

2. Considering the same, the rule is discharged.

3. The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order before the appropriate forum and to file better duly constituted petition, if the cause of action arises in future, if any.
