Shri Arvind Shrivastava, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 30/07/2021 A prayer for recall and review of order dated 12/04/2021 rejecting anticipatory bail application has been made by the applicant on many grounds, relying upon decision of the Supreme Court in the case of New India Assurance Co. Ltd. v. Krishna Kumar Pandey (Cr.A.No.1852/2019).

The prayer, as is clear, is for review of the order earlier passed. The ground on which, prayer for recall, review and grant of bail is made out, are essentially seeking review of earlier order which jurisdiction is not available. None of the grounds as referred to in the above mentioned decision are made out. Prayer is, therefore, rejected. CrMP is, accordingly, dismissed.
