Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during pendency of this petition, spot inspection has been carried out. Though according to the petitioner, it is not correctly done. He further submits that the spot inspection report has already been objected in the pending petition. 2.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending. Rule is discharged. Contempt petition is closed.
