The present CRMP has been filed seeking extension of time for the conclusion of the trial which is going on before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur in a criminal case No. 3503/2012 Rahul @ Rajjan Vs. State of Chhattisgarh.

For the reasons assigned in the PUD and taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the Trial Court is granted further four months time for conclusion of the trial.

It is made clear that the Court below shall take all necessary steps by issuing appropriate orders/directions to the Police authorities ensuring the presence/arrest of the accused persons and make all endeavor for the early

conclusion of the trial, particularly taking note of the fact that trial is pending since 2012 it is more than seven years old now. 4.

The CRMP/PUD accordingly stands disposed off. 5.

Let copy of this order be sent to Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur.
