Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pay scale of Panchayat Secretary has been revised vide order dated 16-08-2013 passed by the State Government. According to the petitioner, the respondents have not granted the said pay scale to the petitioners, for which, representation has been made, which has failed to evoke response.

Be that as it may, as the petitioners have already preferred representations for redressal of their grievances, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the pending representation in accordance with law, keeping in view order dated 16-08-2013 passed by the State government, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not commented upon the merits of the case and the concerned respondents are free to decide the representations in accordance with law, on its own merits.
