Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/11/2016 Heard.

There is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in the matter of a dispute arising between the parties to an agreement dated 04.11.2008.

On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the parties were granted time to seek the consent of the concerned Arbitrator and inform the Court.

Today, learned counsel for the parties jointly submit and agree for appointment of Justice Shri Dheerendra Mishra (Retired) as the sole Arbitrator.

-2Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Justice Shri Dheerendra Mishra (Retired) is appointed as sole Arbitrator in the matter of dispute between the parties under agreement dated 04.11.2008,on such fees as may be settled by the sole Arbitrator. A copy of this order be sent to the sole Arbitrator by the Registry and the parties shall also submit certified copy of this order before the Arbitrator for further necessary action.
