1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below. He would submit that looking to the nature of allegation involved, the Court below may be directed to consider and decide regular bail application of the applicant on the same day.

2. Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail.
