2. The present petition is against the order of the Additional Collector, Mugeli passed under C. G. Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993.

3. The C. G. Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 provides an alternative remedy of filing revision to the petitioner. Therefore, the instant petition is not maintainable and if the

petitioner so aggrieved may avail the appropriate remedy before the concerned authorities as available to him. If the revision so filed may be decided as expeditiously as possible.

4. The certified copy of the order dated 02/03/2019 Annexure P-1 may be returned after retaining the photo copy of the same.
