1. The applicants have preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.138/2021 registered in Police Station Chirmiri District Koriya C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 454, 380, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. Case of the prosecution in brief, is that, applicants have

MCRC No. 4332 of 2021 committed theft of keys of house of the complainant and thereafter trespassed into his house and committed theft of LED TV.

3. Considering the nature of allegation and for the fact that applicants are in jail since 20.5.2021 and the charge-sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
