1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.137/2021 registered in Police Station: Rajhara, District Balod for offence under Section 304-B/34 of the IPC.

2. Deceased Dikeshwari was married with the applicant on 21.4.2019. She committed suicide by consuming poison on 4.12.2020. As per the statements of her parents namely, Dinesh Kumar Sahu and Smt. Jayanti Bai, the applicant was demanding Rs.50 lakhs.

3. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected reserving liberty to revive after examination of Dinesh Kumar Sahu and Jayanti Bai, parents of the deceased.
