Shri Mateen Siddiqui, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11/09/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an interim order was passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner on 28-06-2017 in WPS No.2704/2017. It is next submitted that before that order could be communicated to the authority concerned, an order was passed on 04-07-2017 by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa withdrawing higher pay scale. A copy of interim order passed by this Court was placed before the Chief Executive Officer, Janjgir-Champa on 11-07-2017, informing that an interim order was passed by this Court on 28-06-2017, therefore, it is prayed that the order dated 04-07-2017 in respect of the petitioner be withdrawn in compliance of the Court order, but till date, withdrawal order has not been passed.

The interim order may have been communicated after 04-07-2017, but the fact remains that stay was granted by this Court in favour of the petitioner on 28-06-2017. Therefore, the order dated 04-07-2017, in so far as petitioner is concerned, is required to be withdrawn in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 28-06-2017.

The Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa shall pass necessary orders within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this Court may initiate contempt proceedings for willful disobedience of the Court order. This order shall be produced before the Chief Executive Officer, Janjgir-Champa for necessary compliance. 4.
At this stage, this contempt petition is finally disposed off with liberty to revive.
