The petitioner is a retired government servant. He is drawing pension from the Sate. It is not his pleading that he in any manner is denied minimum wage or a reduced minimum wage, therefore, he cannot be said to be an aggrieved party directly

affected by any governmental decision.

So far as this Court is concerned, this Court is now not interested in entertaining applications of persons who want to proclaim themselves to be self appointed conscious keepers of the society. 3.
