1. Complainant- Pramila Singh is virtually present before this Court through the Help Desk of D.L.S.A.- Koriya and she has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the application in future if any such occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
