1. This writ petition is instituted as a Public Interest Litigation highlighting the dust emission, air pollution and nuisance as a result of the activities of coal

transport.

2. Looking at the earlier orders and the compliance report which has been filed, we do not think that any further directions are called for but to record the compliance report and close the matter leaving it to the Respondents, including the transporting authorities, to ensure due compliance of the applicable laws relating to prevention of pollution and transport of such materials.

3. The amount of security deposit of Rs.5,000/-, if deposited, be refunded to the Petitioner.

4. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
