The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for an appropriate direction to the respondents.

On perusal of the records, it is revealed that the petitioner is not an employee under the respondents, rather it was the husband of the petitioner who was in employment. The actual issue in the present writ petition is the entering of the name of another lady in the service record by the employee and according to the petitioner she is the legally wedded wife.

This Court at the outset is of the opinion that the writ petition would not be sustainable for the reason that firstly the petitioner herself is

not an employee and there is no employee-employer relationship between the petitioner and the respondents on account of which this Court could issue any direction to the employer. The nature of dispute involved in the present writ petition seems to be pure civil dispute between the employee and the two ladies involved in his life, each of them claiming to be the legally wedded wife. 4.

Thus, the petitioner would have to move an appropriate application before the appropriate forum for ventilating her grievance other than pursuing the writ remedies before this Court under the service jurisprudence. Reserving the right of the petitioner for availing the same, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of holding it to be not maintainable.
