1. Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 11-6-2020 which is an order of suspension.

2. The order of suspension is appellable under Rule 23 (iii) of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal ) Rules 1966. Therefore, in view of such fact, the appellant may prefer necessary application before the appropriate authority within a period of thirty days.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed off.
