The petitioner has assailed legality and validity of order of posting dated 10-08-2017 passed by the Zila Panchayat, against which, there is a remedy of appeal under the CG Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as he has already preferred representation before the Chief Executive Officer, the same may be directed to be considered.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, it is ordered that the
representation of the petitioner may be considered and decided within a period of four weeks by the competent authority. In case, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the said order, he would be at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law or to file an appeal under the CG Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. 5.
