The petitioner is aggrieved by transfer order dated 14-08-2017, by which, he has again been transferred. It is submitted that vide order dated 30-07-2016, the petitioner was transferred from Thanod to Borsi and he has joined at Borsi on 09-08-2016. It is next submitted that vide order dated 18-01-2017, transfer order was cancelled and the petitioner came back to Thanod. Now, within a period of six months, again shifting has taken place and the petitioner is now being sent to Jamul which is 25 KM away from the present place of posting. 3.
Though the place, where the petitioner is being shifted are not too far away as earlier distance was only 10 KM and now it is 25 KM away, considering that the petitioner is a Class IV employee, this matter requires consideration by the State.

If the petitioner submits representation along with a copy of this order within a period of 15 days from today before the respondent authority, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation. For a period of six weeks, if the petitioner is not relieved, he shall not be relieved.
