Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/10/2016 At the outset, learned State counsel submits that petitioner's grievance has been redressed because now, vide order dated 30/07/2016 (Annexure R/1), the petitioner has been kept posted at Arra only. 2.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some time to seek instructions, in view of order dated 30/07/2016 and specific averment on affidavit made by respondent / State in their return that the petitioner has now been continued at Arra, petitioner's grievance no longer survives. 2.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.

It is made clear that unless order passed by the State Government
