1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred without he having completed one year of posting. As per transfer policy dated 11.7.2017, if the transfer is to be made within one year, it has to be on various special circumstances.
2. Considering the aforesaid submission, petitioner's case would require consideration by the competent authority.
3. Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction that in case petitioner prefers representation within a period of 15 days, the same shall be considered and decided in 4 weeks and for a period of 6 weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken to compel the petitioner to proceed on transfer.
