Respondent No.3 by Shri Shokie Yadav, Advocate Respondent No. 4 by Shri Goutam Khetrapal, Advocate AWARD Dated : 08.04.2017 As per the settlement/compromise arrived at between the parties, respondent No.3 / Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited is hereby directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) before the Tribunal over and above the compensation amount already awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal, within a period of two months from the date of receipt

of copy of this award, failing which, the insurance company (respondent No.3) is liable to pay interest @ 6% per annum on the awarded amount. 2.

It is directed that the said amount be paid to the appellant without making any condition like fixed deposit and the said amount shall be paid to the appellant through cheque.
