The petitioner's application for compassionate appointment has remained pending for want of no objection from his brother, who according to the

petitioner, lives separately.

Be that as it may, non-submission of no objection of petitioner's brother may be treated as a case that the petitioner has failed to submit no objection and the respondent may proceed to decide the application for compassionate appointment with these facts on record within a period of three months. 4.
