1. It has been reported that the appellant has already released from concerned jail on 27.04.2019, after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that since the appellant has already released from concerned jail, after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court, therefore, she does not want to press the instant appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
