1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, at this stage, only pressed the following relief:
"10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the all the letters regarding the one month additional salary send by the respondent no. 4 accordance with law."

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the representation (Annexure- P/12) of the Petitioners regarding payment of one month's additional salary pending before the respondents/authorities may be decided in accordance with law.

This Court is not commenting on the merits of the claim of the Petitioners but is of the view that the concerned respondents must decide the representation of the Petitioners in one way or other. 4.
Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to decide the representation (Annexure- P/12) of the Petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of and/or presentation of the certified copy of this order before the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Home Affairs, Raipur by a reasoned order. Needless to so, if the Petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the Secretary, they can again approach to this Court.

In view of the above, application (I.A. No. 1 of 2016) for urgent hearing also stands disposed of.
