Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 9 /201 (1) Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P.(S) No.4856 of 2015 dated 16.12.2015, the petitioner is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Pension Committee to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 16.12.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.4856/2015.

(3) Counsel for the petitioner is also directed to make additional representation to the Pension Committee and, in turn, Pension Committee shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 16.12.2015 in its letter and spirit.

(4) With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
