1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner should not have been posted in a middle school, the petitioner's wife is posted in a nearby institution and that the petitioner has certain ailment.

2. None of these grounds relates to jurisdiction or malafide. Therefore, the petitioner's remedy is to file an appeal under Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995.

-23. The petition is accordingly finally disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal.

4. It is made clear that this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner in preferring representation and if the petitioner prefers representation before the authority, the same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of 4 weeks.
