1. The default pointed out by the Registry as of now, stands ignored. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard on admission.
2. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the Respondent No. 4 to decide the application which the petitioner has made in-respect-of the correction in the revenue records; so far as land bearing Khasra No. 1⁄2, 2/2 and 154/2 measuring 0.6070 hectare at Village: Bilaspur, Tahsil: Kharsiya, District: Raigarh are concerned.
3. The limited request that the counsel for the petitioner has made is not opposed by the State Counsel.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off, directing the Respondent No. 4 to immediately process the application filed by the petitioner for correction in the revenue records in-respect-of the aforesaid property after due verification of the facts from the official records. If required, the petitioner may also be granted an opportunity to establish his claim over the said property.
5. Let this exercise be concluded within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case; so far as the claim which the petitioner is making.
