Though submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the order is not correct in law, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter as this Court had directed to decide the representation and not on merits as such. Therefore, in these circumstances, contempt petition is closed with liberty to challenge the legality and validity of order dated 12/09/2017 in appropriately constituted petition.
