Short grievance arises for consideration in this petition is that the petitioner's application for grant of Nazul lease has remained pending since last two decades without any decision.

In reply to the application of the petitioner, the respondents have come out with a stand that the matter was considered and report has been obtained and as soon as material is collected, appropriate order will be passed. 4.

In view of above reply, the petition need not be kept pending, instead, it would be proper to direct respondent No.2 to finally dispose off the application of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
