1. This is the second bail application by the applicant. His earlier bail application has been dismissed as withdrawn.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though upon framing of charges, the applicant is charged of having committed offence which are bailable in nature, prayer for grant of bail had to be repeated because earlier bail application was rejected by this Court.

3. The bail application was earlier dismissed as withdrawn at the time when charges were not framed and the charge sheet filed by the police alleged commission of bailable as well as non-bailable offence. The situation has now changed.

-24. As the charges framed against the applicant are for the offences which are bailable in nature, the applicant is entitled to grant of bail as a matter of right. Therefore, it is directed that on applicant furnishing appropriate bail bond and surety to the satisfaction of the trial Court, he shall be released on bail.
