Learned counsel for the respondent submits that application of the petitioner has been decided by the competent authority, though belated, for which, unconditional apology has been tendered. 2.

Considering the submission made on affidavit, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter, because now an order has been passed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the decision taken by the respondent is not proper and, therefore, it is case of contempt. 4.

This Court did not decide the merit of the case, it only directed consideration of the petitioner's case in accordance with Government circular. If petitioner is still aggrieved with the decision, her remedy lies in challenging the order.

With the aforesaid liberty, the contempt petition is finally disposed off. Rule is discharged.
