1. The limited relief that the petitioner seeks through this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation that the petitioner had made on 07.03.2020 to the respondents 3 & 4.

2. The limited relief is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent No.4-State.

Court is of the opinion that the writ petition itself can be disposed of directing the respondent no.4 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2020 at the earliest preferably within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is ordered accordingly.
