On instruction from the Advocate General it is stated by the learned State Counsel that Food Safety Appellate Tribunal has already been constituted by the State Government under the Food Standards and Safety Act, 2006. He submits that notification has been issued and the Judges have also been appointed.

In view of this, petitioner would be at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal within a period of one month from today.

With the above observation, petition stands disposed of. 4.
