1. By the impugned order the respondent's application for amendment has been allowed against which this writ petitioner has been preferred.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.

3. After heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records, I do not find any perversity and illegality in order granting amendment in the written statement, which appears to be just and proper for disposal of the suit.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the Family Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of this order as the suit is pending consideration for fairly long time.

5. A certified copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court directly and through Email and Fax.
