1. The grievance of the petitioner as ventilated through this petition is that even though the medical bill of the petitioner has been sanctioned by the Director, Medical Education vide order dated 30.12.2015 & 29.7.2015 in connection with treatment of petitioner's wife, the payment is not being made to the petitioner despite repeated reminders sent by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Bilaigarh to the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat Balodo Bazar.

2. On the face of order dated 30.12.2015 passed by the Directorate of Health Education, the petitioner's claim for medical reimbursement is liable to be cleared at the earliest. The Chief Executive Officer, Jaila Panchayat, Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara/respondent No.4 shall take necessary steps towards payment of necessary amount to the petitioner at the earliest and in any case within a

-2period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
