The petitioner has assailed legality and validity of transfer order passed way back on 30-07-2016. The said order was stayed by this Court on 08-08-2016, since then interim order is continuing. 3.

Though, number of grounds urged in the application for vacating stay, but taking into consideration the fact that the interim order remained in force for the last more than one year, I am inclined to dispose off this petition with a direction that the impugned order shall not be given effect to. However, the respondents shall be at liberty to pass fresh transfer order, in case, there is administrative exigency or public interest.
