Agrawal Order On Board 0 1 /0 9 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that amount of compensation has been paid but the interest on the compensation amount, which the petitioner is entitled, has not been paid to him and, therefore, he may be permitted to file application before the respondent No. 2- Sub Divisional Officer, Raigarh and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file application along with the relevant documents before the respondent No. 2- SDO, Raigarh for payment of interest on the amount of compensation, and in turn the SDO, Raigarh shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
