1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner against the order framing charge under Section 4 of Tonhi Pratadna Nivaran Act, 2005.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length.
4. The order framing charge can be questioned by way of revision before the Court of Sessions. In that view of the matter, this petition is not maintainable.
5. Accordingly, the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. stands dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. Certified copy be returned after furnishing attested copy thereof.
